A UK snagging app you pay for once, not every month

Snag a new build plot by plot and room by room, photograph every item, and send the developer a numbered PDF snag list before you leave the estate. One property is free. Pro is £18.99 once, with no monthly fee.

For professional snaggers, site managers, small builders and new build buyers in the uk. Android 8.0 and above. Free for one project, no account required.

Snagging software priced for teams, used by one person

Most UK snagging is done by one person walking one plot: an independent snagger before legal completion, a site manager doing a pre-completion check, or a buyer listing faults for customer care. Software priced per user per month assumes a project team and a cloud account. For a single inspector that becomes a running cost on every job, whether or not there was a job that month.

Site Audit works the other way round. It runs on your Android phone, stores everything on the device and turns the walk into a numbered PDF snag list. One complete project is free, so you can snag a property and see the finished report before paying anything. If you snag for a living, Pro is a single £18.99 purchase through Google Play.

01

Snags customer care can action

Each snag carries the room, the exact location, a wide shot and a close shot, so the trade sent by the developer can find it without phoning you.

02

Your name on the report

Your logo, business details and the client's address go on the cover, which matters when you are the snagger the buyer paid.

03

A record for the next two years

Snag numbers stay fixed between reports, so a re-snag or a year two return visit can say exactly which items are still open.

From site walk to issued record

Step 1

Walk the plot

Create a project for the plot, then add snags room by room with photos, mark up and a short factual description. Voice to text helps when your hands are full.

Step 2

Issue the snag list

Generate the PDF on site and email it to the buyer or the developer before you leave. Send each trade only their items if you are running the site.

Step 3

Re-snag

On the return visit, open each snag, add an after photo and mark it resolved or still open. The updated PDF shows what is left.

Why it suits UK snagging

  • Works with no signal

New estates often have no broadband and weak mobile coverage. Capturing snags and generating the PDF both work fully offline.

  • UK vocabulary

On the UK and Irish Play Store the app is listed as Snagging Report & Snag List. Snags, snag lists and re-snags are what the app calls them.

  • Priced in pounds, once

Free for one complete project, with the PDF. Pro is £18.99 once for unlimited projects, no credit line, one PDF per trade and CSV export.

  • No account to set up

There is no sign up and no cloud. Client photos stay on your phone until you choose to send the report, and backup to a single file is free.

Questions before you take it on site

Straight answers about scope, storage and the reporting workflow.

How much does the snagging app cost in the UK?

It is free to install and free for one complete project, including the PDF report. Pro is a one-time purchase of £18.99 through Google Play. There is no subscription and nothing to renew.

Can a professional snagger use it for client reports?

Yes. Pro removes the app credit line and gives you unlimited projects, so each client property is its own project with your logo and business details on the cover.

Is there an iPhone version?

No. The app is Android only. It runs on Android phones and tablets from Android 8.0.

Why is it called Snagging Report & Snag List in the UK Play Store?

The Google Play title is localised by country. It is the same app, Site Audit & Snag List Report by Blu Mint Digital.
